Porsche has updated the 2027 Cayenne Electric with new luxury features, including optional electrically operated doors. These doors use servo motors to open and close automatically and can be controlled via the infotainment system, cabin buttons, or a digital key. The system includes safety sensors to detect obstacles and operates on inclines.

For European markets, Porsche is introducing wireless charging for the SUV. The system uses a ground pad to transfer power at up to 11 kW with approximately 90 percent efficiency. The hardware is weatherproof and includes motion sensors for safety. Availability for other regions, including the United States, remains to be confirmed.

The interior now features enhanced massage seats equipped with 16 air cushions and six sound actuators per seat, offering five distinct programs. Customization options have also expanded significantly, with the total number of exterior paint finishes reaching 105, including 92 new paint-to-sample options.

Pricing for the 2027 model year remains unchanged, starting at $111,350 for the base model and reaching $170,350 for the Cayenne Turbo Electric Coupe. These figures include destination and handling fees. Porsche is currently accepting orders in the United States, with initial deliveries expected in the first quarter of 2027.
