Porsche China has officially reached a milestone of one million vehicle deliveries in the mainland market. The company achieved this result 25 years after its establishment in 2001, during which it provided support for sales, marketing, and after-sales services.
Despite the long-term achievement, the brand is currently facing a decline in sales. In 2025, Porsche delivered 41,938 vehicles in China, representing a 26% decrease compared to the previous year. The company attributes this trend to pressure within the luxury car market and increased competition in the electric vehicle sector.
The downward trend continued into the first half of the current year. Porsche China delivered 14,501 vehicles during this period, which is a 32% drop year-over-year. The manufacturer maintains that it will continue to prioritize a value-oriented sales strategy despite the challenging market environment.
