By providing a text-based description of business processes, users can generate a functional workspace in an average of 2 minutes and 50 seconds. Since March 2026, the tool has successfully configured over 1,000 workspaces.
The AI analyzes user input to automatically create task cards, client and deal records, dashboards, reports, and calendars. The system does not require detailed technical specifications; 58% of user requests contained fewer than 150 characters. Users can refine the generated framework manually after the initial setup is complete.
According to data from March 2026, the most frequent use cases for the configurator include sales and CRM management at 32.5%, followed by document workflows at 16.2%, and finance and accounting at 15.3%. Other common applications include order tracking, production management, HR, inventory, logistics, and procurement.
This configurator is part of a broader suite of AI tools within the Planfix ecosystem. The platform also features a summarizer for task updates, a data miner for extracting information from correspondence, an interviewer for client interactions, and an AI chat interface that interacts directly with account data.
