Otovo, which provides behind-the-meter energy services, has entered a partnership with InCharge Energy, a specialist in EV charging installation and maintenance. The collaboration aims to provide commercial clients in the US with a unified service model for solar power, battery storage, and electric vehicle charging infrastructure.
The companies will cross-offer their preventive maintenance plans and utilize their own field technicians for service calls. To streamline operations, the partners are integrating their software systems. Otovo will deploy its Endurance platform to manage work orders, allowing jobs from either company to be tracked and closed under a single site record.
According to Otovo CEO William J. Berger, the partnership allows commercial customers to manage multiple energy assets through a single relationship rather than juggling separate contracts. InCharge Energy CEO Rich Mohr noted that the integration of the InControl and Endurance platforms will provide field teams with improved asset intelligence for managing complex electrical infrastructure.
