OkoCRM has launched an MCP server that enables external AI models to interact directly with its CRM system. Supported clients include Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, and VS Code, allowing users to manage deals, contacts, tasks, and analytics via text commands.
According to internal company estimates, this integration reduces time spent on routine CRM tasks by an average of 65%. The AI agent can perform complex sequences of actions, such as searching for deals, reviewing history, updating stages, and assigning tasks, through a single user prompt.
Setup takes approximately one minute and requires no programming skills. The agent automatically adapts to a company's specific CRM configuration, including custom fields and deal stages. It operates within the user's existing permissions, ensuring data security and access control.
The AI agent can send messages across various channels, including WhatsApp, Telegram, VK, email, and SMS, while maintaining full history in the CRM. It also handles payment links, generates sales reports, and manages team tasks. The MCP server is included in the standard subscription at no extra cost.
