Oh-My-Pi (OMP) is a terminal-based console agent designed for managing LLM-driven workflows. The tool supports the integration of multiple LLMs, allowing users to assign specific models to sub-agents for tasks such as code generation, testing, and planning.
A key feature is the 'advisor' role, which functions as an independent reviewer. It monitors the main agent's output in real-time, providing feedback or alerts without directly modifying the session state. Users can configure fallback chains for the advisor to ensure continuity if a primary model fails.
OMP enables the creation of sub-agents that operate in isolated worktrees. These agents return validated objects rather than raw text, which helps prevent parsing errors and merge conflicts. Users can manage these agents via the Agent Hub, an interactive TUI accessible via keyboard shortcuts.
The system includes a 'vibe' mode that transforms the main session into an orchestrator. In this state, the primary agent delegates tasks to persistent background workers, while the orchestrator focuses on verifying the results and managing the workflow.
Memory management in OMP is handled through local or remote backends like Hindsight. The system captures project-specific insights, technical decisions, and workflow patterns, injecting them into the system prompt to maintain context across different sessions.
