The flagship WinLab store, which opened in June 2026 at the IQ-Quarter in Moscow City, covers 162 square meters with a 120-square-meter sales floor. The outlet features an assortment of 2,730 items and a shelf capacity of 3,000 SKU. OCS provided digital solutions for the space, including video walls and custom digital panels for advertising and navigation.
To streamline operations, OCS supplied Bixolon XM7-30 mobile printers and Bluebird S10 data collection terminals. These tools allow staff to handle inventory, pricing, and labeling tasks, reportedly reducing operation times by approximately four times. The store also employs an Industry F promotional robot and an autonomous floor-scrubbing robot to assist with routine tasks.
OCS specialists managed the selection, testing, and integration of the hardware, focusing on reliability and cost-efficiency. According to Kirill Mokhov, senior business development manager at OCS, the project aims to enhance the customer experience and improve sales through automation, while reducing the labor burden on store employees.
