Nvidia has committed to investing $3 billion into Meta Platforms as part of the company's massive capital raise. Meta plans to secure between $95 billion and $97.5 billion to fund its artificial intelligence infrastructure development.
The fundraising consists of two parts: a $35 billion underwritten public equity offering, which includes $25 billion in Class A common stock priced at $625 per share, and a $60 billion at-the-market program for selling shares over time.
Beyond the investment, Nvidia, AMD, and Broadcom have expressed non-binding interest in purchasing up to $5 billion in shares each. While Nvidia has confirmed its $3 billion commitment, the other two companies have not specified their figures.
The partnership between Nvidia and Meta focuses on optimizing the Muse AI agent, which launched in September 2026. The collaboration aims to improve model training and inference performance using Nvidia Vera Rubin GPUs and Spectrum-X networking technology.
Meta has increased its full-year capital expenditure guidance to a range of $135 billion to $145 billion, citing the construction of new AI superclusters as the primary driver for this spending.
