The new drone features a LiDar SLAM system, which allows it to navigate autonomously and create 3D models of objects without GPS, external infrastructure, or pre-existing maps. This capability enables the operation of the drone in complete darkness. During flight, the device generates a 3D point cloud that provides additional spatial context for the inspection results.

The drone's power platform has been upgraded, and new motors have increased the payload capacity from 500 to 580 grams. This increase allows for the installation of additional sensors, such as thermal imagers, gas analyzers, and radiation sensors, alongside the camera.

The updated version includes an active collision avoidance system to help the drone safely navigate complex industrial geometries. Additionally, a hot-swappable battery kit allows for minimal downtime, providing a total operating time of up to 30 minutes.
