The UK-based startup Noah has finalized its seed funding round, securing a total of $38 million. The company previously raised $22 million and recently added $16 million to the total amount. Investors in the round include Endeit Capital, FJ Labs, LocalGlobe, and Felix Capital. Individual backers include Palantir co-founder Joe Lonsdale and Unity Technologies co-founder David Helgason.
Founded in 2020 by former executives from Visa and Adyen, Noah develops API-based infrastructure for stablecoin payments. The platform connects fiat currencies with stablecoins, allowing businesses to integrate payment capabilities into their existing operations. The service is currently active in over 150 markets and supports more than 60 different currencies.
The newly raised capital is designated for the company's expansion into the United States, which includes the opening of a new office in New York. Noah plans to utilize the funds to scale its technical infrastructure. CEO Shah Ramezani stated that the company aims to simplify international transactions and ensure regulatory compliance for global money transfers.
