Mymeet.ai has launched a desktop application for macOS and Windows, enabling users to record meetings directly from their devices. This tool eliminates the need to invite a bot to conferences, which was previously the primary method for capturing audio for analysis.
The application functions as a recorder that captures audio from the computer's microphone and system sound, excluding video. It supports various platforms, including Zoom, Google Meet, and Yandex Telemost, as well as internal corporate communication systems.
Users can choose between a manual recording mode or an auto-record feature that detects the start and end of calls. The recorded files are sent to the Mymeet.ai service, where they are processed to generate transcripts, summaries, and action items.
The desktop version is available to all existing users without additional tariff restrictions. Currently, the Mymeet.ai platform serves more than 300,000 individual users and 500 companies.
