MWS AI has completed the implementation of the Directum HR Pro ecosystem. The project involved a two-stage rollout: the initial phase took three months to deploy core functionality, while an additional nine months were required for custom modifications, including integration with accounting systems and interface adjustments.
The implementation was managed by RosA, a general partner of Directum. The system now covers 100% of the company's staff, handling processes such as hiring, dismissals, leave requests, and business trips. According to the company, 85% of employees find the new digital interface convenient for their daily operations.
The digital transformation resulted in a 30–40% increase in document approval speeds and a 20% reduction in labor costs associated with HR processes. The platform now serves as a centralized hub for tracking deadlines, responsibilities, and the history of administrative actions.
Looking ahead, MWS AI plans to expand the system to include modules for employee onboarding, KPI assessment, and competency development. The company is also testing an integration between Directum HR Pro and its proprietary Cotype language model.
The integration aims to deploy an AI agent capable of answering employee queries regarding corporate documentation. Future iterations may allow staff to perform HR tasks, such as filing for leave, through natural language dialogue with the AI agent, which will then prepare and submit the necessary forms.
