MTS plans to deploy ten mobile communication complexes across various Russian regions by early 2027. The equipment will be distributed to branches in the Far East, Siberia, the Urals, the South, the Northwest, and the Central federal districts.

The system utilizes a tethered hexacopter equipped with radio modules and antennas. It can reach an altitude of 100 to 200 meters, providing LTE and 5G coverage within a radius of 10 to 15 kilometers for up to three days of continuous operation.

Deployment requires two specialists and approximately 30 minutes of setup time. The hardware is mounted on vehicles or trailers and connects to the operator network via satellite links or fiber-optic lines.

The complexes are designed for emergency response, search and rescue operations, and large-scale public events. Additionally, they can support agricultural and environmental monitoring or provide Private LTE/5G networks for remote industrial sites.
