MTS has introduced a new feature allowing users to top up their MTS Dengi debit cards directly within the My MTS mobile application. The service leverages the Faster Payments System (SBP) to facilitate transfers from accounts held at other Russian banks.
Users can complete transactions without leaving the application or switching to external banking software. The monthly limit for commission-free transfers is set at 30 ₽ million. To execute a Me2Me transfer, the sender and recipient must share the same full name and phone number.
The My MTS app now serves as a hub for financial management, enabling users to view card balances and transaction histories. Additionally, the platform allows for QR-code payments and contactless transactions via MTS Pay, alongside a loyalty program for cashback and partner bonuses.
The MTS Dengi card is available to subscribers of any mobile operator. New users can apply online at the official website and collect their physical cards at designated retail locations once they receive a confirmation SMS notification.
