MTS has upgraded its network infrastructure in the Zubovo-Polyansky district of Mordovia, the largest district in the region. The company installed new LTE equipment in the settlements of Izvest, Partsa, Akim-Sergeevka, and Udarny, which improved voice call quality and boosted mobile internet speeds to 100 Mbps.

The network expansion covers residential areas, social institutions, libraries, cultural centers, and local businesses. Approximately 4,000 rural residents now have improved access to banking services, government portals, and online educational resources. The upgrade also supports the VoLTE technology, enabling high-quality audio and simultaneous data usage.

The district is known for its forestry industry and tourism, including natural sites like the Vyshensky forestry area. Enhanced connectivity allows visitors to navigate local landmarks and share content online. MTS continues to expand its LTE coverage across the Mordovia region, with recent projects completed in the Ardatovsky, Ichalkovsky, Kovylkinsky, Kochkurovsky, and Lyambirsky districts.
