MIND Security Inc. has secured $72 million in a Series B funding round led by Crosspoint Capital Partners, with participation from YL Ventures and Paladin Capital Group. This latest investment brings the startup's total funding to $112 million. The company plans to allocate the capital toward expanding its presence in large enterprise accounts, increasing hiring, and developing channel partnerships.
The startup provides data loss prevention software that identifies and classifies sensitive information across SaaS applications, endpoints, and email. In July, MIND introduced AI DLP Agents, which allow analysts to manage policies and investigate incidents using natural language. The platform currently operates across hundreds of thousands of endpoints, with clients including Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and the National Geographic Society.
According to the company, revenue grew more than 17-fold over the past year, while the customer base increased eightfold. The business currently reports eight-figure revenue and dozens of active customers. MIND holds ISO/IEC 42001 certification and was the first security vendor accepted into the Anthropic Cyber Verification Program in May.
The company was founded in October 2024 with an initial $11 million seed round. It subsequently raised a $30 million Series A in June 2025. Following its participation as a top 10 finalist in the 2025 RSAC Innovation Sandbox contest, investors have continued to support the firm's growth strategy in the evolving data security market.
