Milence has launched its 39th charging hub in Europe, located in Temse, Belgium. This site is the company's fifth charging park in the country and serves as a strategic node on the TEN-T corridor connecting the North Sea to the Mediterranean. The facility is positioned between Antwerp and Ghent, within a major logistics region.
The hub provides eight charging spots in total. Four of these are equipped with MCS technology capable of delivering up to 1,500 kW, while the other four offer CCS charging with power up to 400 kW. The MCS hardware is supplied by the Spanish manufacturer Power Electronics. Milence plans to integrate future MW chargers from Alpitronics.
This location is the fourth site in Europe to feature MCS technology and the first for Milence to host four such chargers at this scale. Previously, the company's sites in Antwerp, Zwolle, and Landvetter featured only one MCS charger each with a capacity of 1.2 MW. The hub is also part of the MACBETH project, which focuses on the deployment of megawatt charging systems.
Drivers at the Temse site have access to sanitary facilities, vending machines, and outdoor seating. Ad-hoc charging rates in Belgium start at €0.379 per kWh, excluding VAT, for both CCS and MCS options. Milence also offers volume-based agreements for customers seeking lower rates. Currently, the company has eleven additional hubs under construction across Europe.
