Meta is expanding its AI agent Muse to small businesses, introducing integrations with platforms such as Shopify, Dropbox, Slack, Asana, Box, Canva, Figma, Granola, HighLevel, Intuit QuickBooks, Klaviyo, Lovable, Notion, Stripe, and Zoom. The tool is designed to assist owners with operations, sales, and marketing by accessing data from Instagram professional accounts, Facebook Pages, and Meta ad accounts.

The service is available for free with usage limits, while businesses requiring higher capacity can opt for a subscription plan. Meta aims to provide an AI agent that understands a company's specific operations, brand voice, and customer inquiries, positioning it as a comprehensive tool for business management.

This expansion follows the launch of the Meta Enterprise Platform, an initiative focused on bringing Meta's technology stack—including Muse, Meta Business Agent, Muse API, and Muse Code—to corporate customers and developers. Chirantan Desai, former CEO of MongoDB, has been hired to lead this enterprise initiative.

The company's strategy involves scaling its AI offerings beyond consumer applications to capture enterprise market share. The Muse agent previously reached the top of app charts in the United States and Canada, surpassing ChatGPT shortly after its initial launch earlier this month.
