Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg announced the launch of the Meta Enterprise Platform, a new division focused on helping businesses integrate artificial intelligence. The platform provides access to Meta's AI technology stack, including models, intelligent agents, and infrastructure, to drive corporate growth and digital transformation.

Chirantan Desai, the former CEO and president of MongoDB, has been appointed as the Chief Enterprise Platform Officer at Meta. In this role, he will lead the new division and report directly to Mark Zuckerberg. Zuckerberg identified this initiative as a key pillar for the company's future business strategy.

Following Desai's departure, MongoDB announced that former CEO and president Dev Ittycheria will return to lead the company on an interim basis. The board has already initiated a formal search process to identify and appoint a permanent successor for the chief executive position.
