The Mercedes-AMG GT SUV is the second production model built on the electric AMG.EA architecture. The vehicle features 800-volt technology and three high-performance axial flux motors. The top-tier GT 63 variant delivers a peak output of 860 kW and 2,000 Nm of torque, enabling acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.5 seconds.

A key technical improvement is the maximum charging power, which reaches up to 710 kW. The SUV is available with a 128 kWh or 106 kWh battery. A ten-minute charge can provide up to 454 km of range, while a full charge cycle allows for a maximum range of 700 km. The vehicle achieves a drag coefficient of 0.27.

The model range includes the GT 53, GT 55, and GT 63 versions with varying power outputs and performance metrics. All variants share a body length of 5.08 metres and are equipped with the AMG Active Ride Control+ suspension system. The interior features a three-part display system powered by the MB.OS platform.

Orders for the entry-level AMG GT 53 SUV open on 20 October 2026, with a starting price of €113,050. The GT 63 and GT 55 variants are scheduled for release in spring 2027. The vehicle includes specialized software such as AMG Track Pace for telemetry and the Predictive Performance Manager for energy flow control.
