MegaFon has deployed new LTE telecommunications equipment in the village of Nikolo-Berezovka, located in the Krasnokamsky district of Bashkiria. The infrastructure upgrade aims to improve connectivity for local residents and tourists visiting the historic site, which is situated eight kilometers from Neftekamsk.

The new network operates across multiple frequency bands to ensure broader signal coverage and better indoor penetration. According to the company, the average download speed in the area is now 60 Mbps, with peak speeds reaching up to 100 Mbps. This capacity allows users to access banking, educational, and government digital services.

The technical upgrade has already impacted local network usage, with data traffic increasing by 20% within the first month of operation. Alexander Brykov, head of the technical service for MegaFon in Bashkiria, noted that the deployment was tailored to the specific geographical layout and population density of the village.
