Mazda is streamlining its crossover lineup in the United States by discontinuing the CX-70 model for the 2027 model year. The vehicle will be replaced by a new two-row version of the CX-90, while the existing three-row CX-90 will remain available to customers.

The updated CX-90 lineup will feature nine distinct trim levels, including two two-row configurations. All models will receive an upgraded rear suspension system to enhance passenger comfort, alongside four new exterior color options.

The entry-level 2027 Mazda CX-90 3.3 Turbo Select is priced at $41 345. It is equipped with a 3.3-liter six-cylinder turbocharged engine, a 48-volt mild-hybrid system, and an eight-speed automatic transmission, delivering 280 horsepower and 450 Nm of torque.

Higher-tier Turbo S trims feature the same engine tuned to 340 horsepower, with prices reaching $59 616. Two-row Premium Sport models start at $48 525, while the three-row variants begin at $49 675.

The manufacturer will continue to offer three plug-in hybrid versions featuring a 2.5-liter gasoline engine, an electric motor, and a 17.8 kWh battery, producing 323 horsepower. Prices for these models range from $52 340 to $60 345.
