M.Video has launched a new equipment rental service in partnership with the Pauri platform. The initiative expands the retailer's M.Master division, with M.Video supplying its own refurbished devices while Pauri manages order processing and customer support.
The service allows users to rent a wide range of electronics, including laptops, smartphones, tablets, gaming consoles, and vacuum cleaners. Customers can also access the entire Pauri catalog, which features projectors, VR headsets, smart glasses, and office equipment.
Rental terms do not require loans or security deposits, with users making small periodic payments. The program offers flexible options, including temporary use, product testing before purchase, and subscription plans that provide an opportunity to buy the device later.
Clients can receive equipment via home delivery or pick it up at Pauri offices. The service includes optional setup and training. After the rental period ends, users may return the items or extend their usage.
The companies are currently monitoring demand and testing the online platform. Based on these results, they may consider opening a pilot Pauri corner or a pickup point within an M.Video store in Moscow.
