Since the beginning of 2026, the operator Letai has constructed and upgraded 134 base stations across 46 settlements in Tatarstan. The company reported a 50% increase in mobile internet speeds in Almetyevsk and Menzelinsk, following a refarming process that expanded LTE bandwidth across 51 communication sites.

Network expansion focuses on areas with rising traffic demand, including new residential developments, suburban zones, and gardening associations. In September alone, technical upgrades were completed at seven sites across three districts, including the launch of a new base station in the rapidly growing village of Kuyuki.

Infrastructure improvements also reached Naberezhnye Chelny, the Tukayevsky district, Bogatye Saby, Kukmor, and Muslyumovo. Beyond outdoor coverage, the operator is enhancing indoor signals, notably installing a new station at the ART community center in Kazan to ensure stable connectivity throughout the building.

The network's capacity was tested during the 60th-anniversary celebration of Nizhnekamsk. Approximately 10,000 Letai subscribers generated over 150 GB of traffic during the event. Despite a twofold increase in network load compared to a typical day, additional transmitters maintained service quality for attendees.
