The company serves between 130,000 and 140,000 legal professionals across 2,100 to 2,400 organizations in over 80 markets.

The United States is the company's largest market by revenue, with more than half of the AmLaw 50 firms utilizing its services. In the third quarter, over 40% of new customers were in-house legal teams. Legora operates offices in New York, Denver, Chicago, Houston, and San Francisco, having expanded its US presence since March 2025.

The core product, Legora aOS, is an agentic operating system designed to automate multi-step legal workflows. The company plans to utilize the new capital to support international expansion and further development of its platform. Legora has also introduced features like Intake and integrations with document management systems such as iManage.
