Legora, an agentic operating system for legal professionals, has secured $550 million in a Series E funding round. The investment brings the company's post-money valuation to $8.8 billion. Atreides Management led the round, with participation from new investors including Baron Capital, Capital Research, Fidelity Management and Research Company, and Glade Brook Capital Partners.

Existing investors, such as Accel, Benchmark, Bessemer Venture Partners, General Catalyst, ICONIQ, Insight Partners, Redpoint Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, and Sands Capital, also contributed to the round. The company, founded in 2023 by Max Junestrand and Sigge Labor, launched its platform in October 2024. It currently employs over 1,000 people across 18 offices.

The platform serves more than 140,000 legal professionals across 2,400 law firms and in-house teams in over 80 markets. Legora has reached $200 million in annual recurring revenue. The company previously raised $550 million in a Series D round in March 2026, which was later expanded to $600 million with backing from Nvidia and Atlassian.

Legora plans to use the new capital to expand its operations across North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. Funds will also be directed toward developing agentic intake, horizon scanning, and legal research capabilities. The company faces competition in the legal AI sector from firms such as Harvey, Norm Ai, and Lexroom.
