LandSpace Technology has completed the integrated hot-fire tests for the first and second-stage engines and servo mechanisms of its Yuanxingzhe-1 rocket. The tests confirmed that the engines operate normally and the servo systems execute all required maneuvers under real ignition conditions, including vibration and thermal stress.
The test program verified the coordination and reliability of the systems, covering various flight maneuvers such as circular, frequency sweep, and step-wave movements. These tests are essential for ensuring precise attitude control and trajectory management during the rocket's flight and recovery phases.
The Yuanxingzhe-1 is a full-scale thin-walled stainless steel rocket measuring 4.2 meters in diameter and 26.8 meters in height, with a liftoff mass of approximately 57 tons. The vehicle is designed to perform continuous thrust modulation during the first-stage recovery, a capability successfully validated during the recent trials.
Following the successful completion of these tests, the components have been delivered for final assembly. The company is currently conducting system-level verification and joint debugging. The maiden orbital flight of the Yuanxingzhe-1 is scheduled for the end of 2026.
