The IT company KTS has introduced a digital ecosystem designed for the management of premium residential complexes. The platform integrates a mobile application for residents, a management interface for property administrators, and direct connectivity with the building's engineering infrastructure.
The system automates daily routines such as parking access via UHF tags or license plate recognition, and gate entry using BLE technology. It also triggers elevator calls to the ground floor as residents approach the building, while providing a centralized channel for communication with the management company.
According to the company, the implementation of this digital framework helps reduce accounts receivable by up to 30% through automated payments and transparent billing. Additionally, the platform is reported to increase resident loyalty by 30% and reduce operational processing time for management companies by up to 60%.
The KTS ecosystem is currently deployed in residential projects developed by Mangazeya, including the Intonatsiya and Ty i Ya complexes. The solution is specifically targeted at premium developments that require more advanced functionality than standard cloud-based management tools.
