KIDZ AI, a Nasdaq-listed company with a market capitalization of approximately $2.4 million, has announced a procurement inquiry for 500 Tesla Robotaxis. The firm, formerly known as Classover Holdings, previously operated as an online coding school for children.

Financial reports for the second quarter of 2026 show that the company's service revenue declined by 34% year-over-year to $0.48 million, with a quarterly loss of $2.5 million. By the end of June, the company reported $8.88 million in cash and restricted cash.

The company has undergone significant restructuring to maintain its Nasdaq listing, including a 1-for-10 reverse stock split in June and a 1-for-15 reverse split in August. These actions were taken to comply with the exchange's minimum bid price requirement of $1.

KIDZ AI has shifted its business focus multiple times over the past 15 months, moving from an online education provider to crypto treasury strategies, GPU cloud computing, data centers, and now autonomous vehicle fleets. The company's stock has declined by approximately 99.97% over the last year.

The inquiry for 500 Tesla vehicles is non-binding. While Tesla has not set a final price for the Cybercab, an estimated cost of $15 million based on Elon Musk's target price would exceed the company's current market value by approximately six times.
