K2Tech, in collaboration with independent experts, analyzed Wi-Fi solutions for corporate networks from 22 domestic and international manufacturers. The study evaluated products based on 20 key technical parameters, including controller capabilities, roaming, security, and radio resource management.
The market landscape has stabilized following the influx of new suppliers in 2022–2023. Currently, competition is intensifying in the segment of equipment included in the Ministry of Industry and Trade registry. Eltex, Aquarius, and Qtech are the three domestic vendors represented in the registry, with Qtech currently listing only one access point.
Domestic products are narrowing the functional gap with global platforms, driven by demand from large-scale clients. For instance, Eltex has implemented geo-redundancy and external database support. However, experts note that Russian solutions still need improvements in stability, configuration flexibility, and diagnostic tools.
Despite the growth of local vendors, demand for Huawei and Cisco equipment via parallel import persists for critical infrastructure scenarios. K2Tech emphasizes that selecting corporate Wi-Fi requires testing in laboratory environments, as specifications do not always guarantee performance across all operational scenarios.
