JIYI, a Chinese startup incubated by Kingnet Network, has developed an AI-powered platform called SOON. The tool aims to streamline game production by allowing users to create playable projects through natural-language descriptions, automating tasks traditionally performed by designers, programmers, and artists.
The platform focuses on 2D and mini-game projects to maintain output stability. During its second round of testing, users generated over 3,000 game projects within 45 days, with the AI handling code, game logic, characters, scenes, and user interfaces.
In 2026, JIYI raised nearly RMB 100 million, equivalent to $14 million, across two funding rounds. Investors include Bingo Group, Zhongxu Future, and Hengdian Capital. The company also partnered with CMGE to launch GamePartner.AI, an agent for game publishing and monetization.
SOON has received industry recognition, including being named one of the 10 most innovative AI products at the 2025 China International Artificial Intelligence Conference. In July 2026, it won the Best AI Game Creation Platform award at the seventh Feifan Awards.
