The TrustGate universal gateway, developed by IIT, now supports the Social Fund of Russia (SFR) data type for transmitting information on judicial restrictions. This integration enables banks to automate the processing of SFR requests related to out-of-court bankruptcy procedures, facilitating response generation and data transfer via the SMEV system.

Since September 1, 2025, under Federal Law No. 227-FZ and SFR Order No. 756, banks with SMEV technical capabilities must provide data on citizens undergoing out-of-court bankruptcy within three business days of an SFR request. TrustGate manages the full interaction cycle, including request receipt, response formatting, and internal system integration.

Beyond bankruptcy procedures, the solution supports data exchange for child benefits, maternity capital, and information regarding digital ruble accounts. It also handles requests for account balances, transaction history, and verification of personal data such as SNILS, names, and birth dates through the Unified Digital Platform.

According to Alexander Volodin, product owner at IIT, the gateway provides a unified technological foundation for credit organizations. This eliminates the need for banks to develop separate integrations for each new data type required by state systems. TrustGate is recommended by the Ministry of Digital Development as a standard solution for SMEV, ESIA, and EBS interaction.
