Hypercharge Networks has completed the acquisition of REVS Charging, a Texas-based company specializing in Level 2 charging solutions for commercial, hospitality, and residential properties. This move strengthens Hypercharge's existing presence in 14 US states and provides a platform for further growth across North America.
The acquired assets include over 500 company-owned Level 2 charging ports and the management of 700 customer-owned units. Following the integration, the total Hypercharge network will exceed 10,000 charging ports. REVS Charging currently reports annual revenue from charging services exceeding CAD 1 million.
CEO David Bibby stated that the acquisition helps the company navigate trade policies and tariffs by establishing direct US operations. The company plans to continue its expansion strategy through additional acquisitions, leveraging combined purchasing power and infrastructure expertise to scale its North American footprint.
