Huawei has initiated the HarmonyOS 7 update for several premium wearable models, including the Watch Ultimate 2, the Ultimate Design Purple Gold edition, and the Ultimate Design Zunjie custom model. The update introduces a redesigned interface, enhanced fitness tracking capabilities, and new system features.
The Health Summary application has been rebranded as Health Insights, now featuring a body readiness assessment tool. Additionally, the Huawei Innovation Research app has added a high uric acid risk assessment study, allowing users to initiate evaluations directly from their wrist.
The system interface now incorporates dynamic lighting effects across watch faces and multitasking menus. The update also introduces modular watch faces that support custom components, such as hydration tracking, pet-themed weather widgets, and interactive animations.
The sleep tracking system has been upgraded to provide more detailed data, including sleep structure analysis and stability ratios. Users can access the update through the My Huawei or Service apps on Huawei devices, while users of other brands can register via a WeChat mini-program.
