The latest update to the HarmonyOS Connect basic services, version 17.0.4.335, has revealed plans for a new Huawei router. The software update, which appeared in the Huawei Smart Life app, explicitly mentions support for the upcoming Router X2 Pro.

While the update confirms the device's existence, the app does not provide the usual pairing instructions or visual previews. Huawei has not yet announced an official release date for the new hardware, leaving the launch timeline uncertain.
