Huawei has unveiled the HarmonyOS 7 update for its smartwatch lineup, including the Watch Ultimate 2 and the Ultimate Design Purple Gold edition. The update is currently available in a public beta phase for these devices.
The system introduces the Health Insights app, which replaces the previous Health Summary feature to provide enhanced body status assessments. New additions include a high uric acid risk assessment research tool, a voice recorder application, and customizable modular watch faces.
The user interface has received visual updates, incorporating new light and shadow effects across watch faces and the multitasking menu. Users can register for the beta testing program through the My Huawei app on smartphones and tablets.
