Huawei has officially unveiled the Qingyun HM650 series, marking the company's first desktop computer powered by the HarmonyOS operating system. The announcement was made by Zhu Dongdong, president of Huawei's tablet and PC product line, during the HarmonyOS Office Industry Summit.
The new desktop series is strictly targeted at government and enterprise clients. Huawei has confirmed that the HM650 and HM650g models will not be available for purchase through standard e-commerce platforms or physical retail stores.
Interested corporate buyers must contact local Huawei government and enterprise sales representatives or authorized distributors to place an order. The company did not disclose pricing information for the new hardware during the presentation.
The HM650g model is equipped with the Kirin X90 processor and 16GB of RAM. Storage configurations include two options: a 256GB SSD paired with a 1TB HDD, or a 512GB SSD combined with a 1TB HDD. Both variants utilize integrated graphics.
