Huawei and Seres are moving toward a systemic and structural adjustment of their partnership model. According to reports, the companies aim to improve consumer experience while boosting Seres' financial performance and investor returns.

The new strategy involves a shift to an asset-light cooperation model for Huawei. Responsibility for product development, marketing, sales, and service will transition from Huawei's current leadership to a structure where Seres leads and Huawei provides technical support.

This reorganization allows the Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance to concentrate resources on the development of other brands. The initiative aims to accelerate the market success of the Luxeed, Stelato, Maextro, and Aito brands to strengthen the alliance's industry position.
