Huawei Qiankun Intelligent Automotive Solution issued an official statement regarding the restructuring of the AITO partnership model. The company confirmed that Seres remains a strategic partner and shareholder of Yinwang, Huawei's intelligent automotive technology subsidiary.
Under the new framework, Seres will take the lead in product definition, design, marketing, retail channels, and service systems. Huawei Terminal will continue to provide support and empowerment to the brand. The company emphasized that all existing user rights and future services for AITO owners remain unchanged.
Yinwang will continue to supply its suite of intelligent solutions to Seres, including Qiankun autonomous driving, HarmonyOS cockpits, and intelligent vehicle control systems. The company plans to keep integrating and upgrading these technologies to maintain the competitiveness of AITO vehicles.
