Proptech startup HomeTruth has appointed Graham Martin as its new Chairman. This decision follows his acquisition of an equity stake in the company, marking a significant step in the firm's development.

HomeTruth, founded by Monty Munford, operates a platform that utilizes AI to provide homeowners with insights into property management, maintenance records, and potential costs. The company aims to create a more transparent ecosystem for consumers.

Graham Martin brings extensive experience in business development and commercial strategy. He previously founded Bonne Terre Limited, the license holder for Sky Bet, which was sold to The Stars Group for $3,4 billion.

Martin also established Scotbet International and served as Chairman of Probability Games Corporation, which listed on the London AIM market before being acquired by GTECH. He also created the first legal framework for offshore online gaming in Guernsey.

In his new role, Martin will collaborate with co-founders Monty Munford and Jason Ryan. The team plans to focus on accelerating product development, expanding commercial partnerships, and strengthening the company's position in the property technology and home insurance markets.
