Hitch, a subsidiary of the Touch Instinct group, has launched a free practical course focused on integrating artificial intelligence into software development workflows. The program is designed for Middle and Senior developers, as well as technical team leads, aiming to transition from isolated AI experiments to systematic implementation.

The curriculum consists of six modules, featuring 10 hours of video content, 33 lecture blocks, and eight practical case studies. The material covers AI application across the development lifecycle, including code generation, testing, documentation, and managing legacy code. It also addresses error handling and safety protocols for AI-delegated tasks.

A dedicated section for team managers explores how to launch pilot projects, evaluate the impact of AI tools, and determine their long-term viability within a company. Participants receive supplementary materials, including prompts, templates, and checklists, along with access to a private discussion group and a certificate upon completion.

The course is led by industry practitioners, including IT entrepreneur Maxim Panfilov, who has over 25 years of experience, and CTO Ilya Rumyantsev, a specialist in AI-agent workflows. According to Hitch CBDO Konstantin Pokidov, the program focuses on transferable methodologies rather than specific tools, drawing on internal experience.
