HFLabs has introduced a new system called Orbita, designed to aggregate comprehensive client context from various sources. The platform tracks relationships between individuals, companies, and transactions, serving as the foundation for a future semantic platform currently under development by the company.

The system supplements standard MDM records with additional data, including transaction history, customer service interactions, and chat logs. This allows businesses to calculate the total lifetime value of families or corporate holdings, preventing redundant product offers and improving customer engagement.

For corporate sales, Orbita maps decision-makers and their specific roles within client organizations. The platform integrates both internal company data and external information from HFLabs-maintained directories, providing a structured graph of connections accessible to application systems and LLMs.

Access to the aggregated data is managed through a role-based model, allowing companies to define specific permissions for employees and systems. According to HFLabs technical director Nikita Nazarov, the solution aims to enable personalized interactions at a scale of millions of clients.

The upcoming semantic platform will provide corporate LLMs with interpretations of company data, defining the relationships between entities and events. This will enable automated systems to better understand the context of business operations and client history.
