The IT integrator Pervy Bit has completed an automation project for Forbo Eurocol Rus, a manufacturer of construction chemicals located in Stary Oskol. The project, which ran from December 2024 to March 2025, involved migrating HR functions and payroll to the 1C:ZUP KORP system.
The implementation integrated payroll calculations with the company's production cycle. This setup allows for the precise allocation of labor costs to specific product groups, ensuring accurate cost accounting. A bidirectional integration with the company's international HRM system was also established.
Following the transition, the company reported a 30% reduction in labor hours for department staff. The preparation of management reports accelerated by 30%, while regulatory reporting times decreased by 20%. The system switch was completed without disrupting core business operations.
The project was initiated because the previous system, 1C:UPP, ceased to receive vendor support in the second quarter of 2024. The new 1C:ZUP KORP platform now handles the full cycle of HR records, payroll calculations, and automated document generation in compliance with current labor laws.
