Google has increased the price of its mid-range Pixel 10a smartphone by $100, bringing the base model cost to $599. This adjustment follows a recent trend of rising hardware costs, particularly related to memory components, which has also affected Samsung's pricing strategy.

The updated pricing is now reflected across major retail platforms, including Amazon and Best Buy. In international markets, the device is currently listed at CAD 849 in Canada, £599 in the United Kingdom, and €649 in Europe. The 256 GB storage variant is now priced at $699.

The price hike comes shortly after Google had previously discounted the Pixel 10a to $424 last month. Analysts suggest that the company may be passing on higher costs from new batches of memory components to consumers, despite the device retaining the same Tensor G4 processor used in the previous generation.
