Goldman Sachs has increased its price target for SpaceX shares by $10, bringing the new valuation to $230 per share. This adjustment marks the second time the bank has raised its target since initiating coverage in July at $205 per share.
The analyst firm previously set a target of $220, which followed an initial increase on August 5. In contrast, Deutsche Bank recently lowered its own target for the company from $255 to $235, while Morgan Stanley maintains a target of $300.
Goldman Sachs justifies the higher target by citing expectations for increased revenue, margins, and AI capacity. Reports indicate that SpaceX is considering a $40 billion debt plan for AI infrastructure, including $10 billion in bank loans and $30 billion in debt.
SpaceX shares closed at $171.92 on October 6. The company, which conducted its initial public offering in June, is currently preparing to release its third-quarter financial results.
