FintechOS, a B2B software provider for banks and insurance companies, has secured $28 million in a mix of equity and debt financing. The round was supported by existing investors, including Bek Ventures, IFC, Cipio Partners, and Molten Ventures. Additionally, the company obtained a debt facility from Santander Corporate Investment Banking.
Founded in 2017, the company maintains headquarters in London with additional offices in Bucharest and New York. This latest infusion brings the total capital raised by the startup to over $150 million. The firm provides a technology layer that allows financial institutions to launch and manage products without replacing their core legacy systems.
The company plans to allocate the new capital toward expanding its presence in the United States, acquiring more European clients, and scaling its artificial intelligence capabilities. According to CFO Cyril Desouza, the business achieved profitability in the first half of 2026, a milestone attributed to disciplined cost management and margin optimization.
The startup reports that its growth in the US market was a primary driver for reaching profitability. FintechOS now aims to leverage this financial stability to accelerate its growth strategy. The company focuses on integrating AI and software services directly into the existing infrastructure of banking and insurance partners.
