Vilnius-based startup EnforceShield has secured €1.7 million in a seed funding round. The investment was led by Vendep Capital with participation from FIRSTPICK VC. The company plans to use these funds to enhance its technical and product capabilities, focusing on more complex enforcement workflows.

Founded in 2024 by attorney Rytis Rudzinskas, the company provides an autonomous platform for enterprise intellectual property protection. The system uses AI agents to detect, analyze, and execute takedowns against IP rights violators. It operates as a SaaS solution that automates the entire enforcement lifecycle.

The platform is designed to handle high volumes of infringement cases without requiring a proportional increase in legal staff. It utilizes jurisdiction-specific legal logic to make enforcement decisions, allowing human analysts to focus only on complex escalations and exceptions.

EnforceShield is headquartered in Lithuania and maintains a subsidiary in Tennessee, USA. The company intends to use the new capital to support its commercial expansion in the United States, a market that currently represents up to 80% of its sales pipeline.
