Endeavor Catalyst has closed its fifth fund, securing $320 million in capital commitments. This brings the firm's total assets under management to over $850 million. The venture arm of the nonprofit organization Endeavor focuses on supporting founders located outside major tech hubs.

The fund is managed by Allen Taylor and Jackie Carmel, supported by a 16-person team. Half of the fund's profits are directed back to the nonprofit to support future generations of entrepreneurs. The firm plans to execute 40 to 50 investments annually, targeting up to 150 companies with this new capital.

Catalyst typically invests $1 million to $3 million per deal, provided the startup has raised at least $5 million from another lead investor. The firm limits its check size to 10% of the total round. Approximately 90% of the firm's portfolio companies are based outside the United States.

The new fund includes 400 limited partners, such as Bill Ackman and the Dutch group Prosus. About 30% of these backers are founders from the Endeavor network, including those behind Nubank, Revolut, and Checkout.com. The firm has backed 437 companies across 44 markets to date.
