Ema Unlimited Inc. has secured $77 million in a Series B funding round led by Creagis. Existing investors Accel, S32, and Posus also participated in the round with increased contributions. The company plans to use the capital to scale its operations, hire executive leadership, and expand its go-to-market teams.

The startup develops autonomous AI agents designed to execute complex tasks within enterprise software systems, specifically for HR, IT, and finance departments. Unlike standard chatbots, these agents plan and perform actions across existing corporate infrastructure while monitoring their own output and flagging sensitive tasks for human approval.

Ema reports significant growth, noting that its revenue has increased more than 50 times over the past two years. Additionally, the average customer has more than doubled their spending on the platform within the last year by expanding their initial deployments.

Large-scale deployments demonstrate the platform's utility. Wipro Ltd. uses Ema's technology for over 240,000 employees across 65 countries, processing 2.9 million queries annually and reducing IT support tickets by 50%. Hitachi Ltd. integrated the agents with 20 systems in under four weeks, resulting in a 30% drop in ticket volume and a 70% increase in employee efficiency.
