London-based EasyA, a platform for blockchain and AI development, has reached a valuation of $1.1 billion. The company, founded by Phil and Dom Kwok, achieved this status without external funding, maintaining full control over its operations and long-term strategy.
The platform currently serves over 1 million users through a mobile app that provides coding education and development tools. Additionally, EasyA collaborates with more than 350 academic institutions and maintains partnerships with major industry players, including Google, Coinbase, Ripple, and Solana.
Startups within the EasyA ecosystem have reached a combined valuation of nearly $50 billion, securing backing from investors such as a16z, Founders Fund, and Y Combinator. The company now prepares for a public market debut following an independent audit of its finances.
Over the next 12 to 24 months, EasyA intends to tokenize its shares and launch a new suite of AI agents. The founders emphasize that their focus remains on helping users transition from learning about emerging technologies to actively building applications with them.
